SMS Notifications from Child and Family Service (CFS) Hawaii
Child and Family Service (CFS) Hawaii is a nonprofit organization providing family and social services throughout Hawaii, including its Head Start and Early Head Start school programs. These terms describe our text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you accept these terms.
This program sends two general types of text messages:
Parents and guardians provide consent to receive text messages as part of the enrollment and intake process for Head Start and Early Head Start programs, where a mobile number can be provided and text notifications selected as a way to stay in touch with CFS Hawaii.
CFS staff provide consent to receive text messages as part of the employee onboarding process, where a mobile number can be provided for internal alerts, schedule updates, and operational notices.
You may withdraw consent at any time. See "How to opt out" below.
Message frequency varies depending on your enrollment, your role, and program activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from this program. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP to any message, or use the contact information below.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on factors outside the control of CFS Hawaii, including network coverage and device availability.
This program is intended to work with major U.S. mobile carriers. Availability and message delivery are not guaranteed on every carrier or device.
